About Stillhet Rom

Stillhet Rom is a small styling studio in Oslo focused on calm and meditation room interiors. We began as a practice of editing rooms down to what supports quiet sitting — fewer objects, clearer floors, softer light — and grew into a full service for homeowners who want that quality without building a chapel or a spa.

Our studio at Markveien 35 sits in Grünerløkka, a short walk from Birkelunden. We meet clients there for consults and visit homes across the city for measuring and installation oversight. The team is intentionally small: one lead stylist and trusted installers for textiles, blinds, and furniture placement.

Approach

We listen first to how you use the room — morning practice, evening wind-down, shared family quiet time — then propose a layout and material set. We avoid scent, glitter, and busy patterns. Deep indigo appears sparingly as an accent against mist gray and soft white, so the room stays calm rather than themed.
