Data we collect

When you email or call us, we process your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry so we can reply and, if you hire us, deliver styling services. If you use our contact form fields, the same categories apply. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

We process enquiry data based on legitimate interests in responding to business requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where we enter a contract, for performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Cookie preference storage is based on your choice via Accept or Decline.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last message unless a longer period is needed for an active project or legal obligation. Project files are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable archive period afterward.
