1. Consult

Book a quiet consult. We listen, measure if on site, and outline options with EUR ranges.

2. Plan

You receive a written layout, material list, and light notes. You approve the scope before ordering.

3. Order and prepare

We coordinate textiles, seating, and blinds with suppliers. Lead times are stated up front — Oslo deliveries often land within two to six weeks depending on stock.

4. Place and settle

On installation day we place pieces, adjust lamp positions, and walk through care. A short follow-up message after one week catches any small adjustments.
